Observations of rich colours, shapes and forms, the air we breathe, the way the light plays through and round the foliage. In “The Depths of the Heather” we capture the complexity of moorland habitats : colour, density and texture. Each play a part in creating a rich tapestry of nature.
Wherever we look there is always a glimmer , something to hold dear and appreciate. This one treasures the rich pinks and mauves , the shadowy blues and snippets of warm umber.
The painting can hung either vertically of horizontally depending on your preference.
