Delivery Times
How long should it take to receive my painting?
Original paintings will be wrapped and on their way as soon as possible. Depending on size hopefully within 5-7 days. Larger paintings may take a little longer as I may need to source appropriate packing materials. I try to reuse as much packaging as possible so don’t be surprised if your painting arrives in an unusual box.

Prints
Buying more than one print?
If you are buying more than one print please get in touch with me by email in order to minimise shipping costs. Otherwise you will be charged double for shipping at checkout.
How long before I receive my print?
Giclée prints are printed to order. As soon as I receive notification of your order I will inform the gallery that undertakes the printing. From placing your order to receiving your print should be approximately 10 days.
How will I know the run number of my Limited Edition Print?
All Limited Edition Prints have their run number on the front, along with the title and my signature. On the reverse is a Certificate of Authenticity signed and dated by myself. Open Edition Prints will have a signed certificate on the reverse stating this information.
I’d like to see the prints in their different sizes, is this possible?
Please see the photos below to give you an approximate guide to the sizes of prints.
Please Note: Large and Medium prints will come with a 3 cm border allowing me to sign, title and indicate the print number (not shown in images). The small prints will have a 2cm border and a mount ready for framing, or come framed ready for hanging should you choose that option.

How easy is it to frame my print?
There are many excellent on-line framing options. Many websites are straightforward to use and they offer a high choice of frames and mounts. I am more than happy to answer any questions and give advice via email. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch at info@janemcmillanart.com

Wax Lanterns
I’ve ordered a Wax Hurricane Lantern, will it come from the supplier or you?
On receiving your order, I will contact the company who will make your lantern to order. This will be shipped to me for dispatching. All your information stays securely with me. Turnaround time is approximately 21 days.
